  1. COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is intense and practical. The “hands-on” training experience will equip the student with the skills required to successfully understand the concept of wellness and its general applications. The completion of Module One is a requirement for participation. Its aim is to impart knowledge in a manner that will equip the student to understand the simple lifestyle choices that empower people to take responsibility for their own health. The methods used are simple, affordable, effective and generally acceptable.

  1. PARTICIPATION

11.1 Is dependent on completion of Module One or equivalent.

11.2 Participations are required to participate in all activities including the exercise component in order to complete the 120 hours required for certification.
